NaBFID is planning to raise USD 3-4 billion through external commercial borrowings (ECBs), including loans and bonds, with a USD 500 - 1 billion bond issuance likely by September end, MD Rajkiran Rai G said. The infrastructure lender has already tied up USD 850 million and is targeting a loan book of over Rs 2 lakh crore by March.
