Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Subscriptions
DocStoX offers paid subscription plans (Pro and Premium) billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Plans & billing in your account. When you cancel:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You retain full access to your paid plan until that cycle ends — you are not cut off immediately.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- At the end of the cycle, your account automatically moves to the free plan.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. Because you keep access to your paid plan for the full period you have already paid for, we do not provide refunds (full or partial) for the current or past billing cycles, including unused time after a cancellation.
In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a verified billing error on our part, contact us at support@docstox.com and we will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse the erroneous charge to your original payment method (typically within 5–7 business days of confirmation).
Failed payments
If a recurring charge fails, Razorpay will retry per its standard schedule. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription is paused and your account reverts to the free plan until a successful payment is made.
