Cancellation & Refunds Policy

DocStoX has one paid plan, Pro, paid for through Razorpay in one of two ways:

• Monthly Pro costs ₹999 a month and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Annual Pro is a one-time payment of ₹9,990 for 12 months of Pro. It does not renew automatically. We email you 30, 7 and 1 day before it ends so you can decide whether to buy another year.

Annual Pro comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, you can get a full refund of what you paid:

• Claim it within 7 days of your payment date, from the Billing page in your account.
• We refund the full amount to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 7 business days.
• Your Annual Pro ends as soon as the refund is made.
• The guarantee can be used once per account. A later annual purchase is not covered.

Monthly Pro has no free trial. It is charged ₹999 when you start, then ₹999 every month until you cancel. Customers who started a monthly free trial before 29 September 2026 keep the trial terms they signed up on.

You may cancel Monthly Pro at any time from Plans & billing in your account. When you cancel:

• Future charges stop. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• Pro continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. You are not cut off immediately.
• At the end of that month, your account automatically moves to the Free plan.

Annual Pro does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel: it ends after its 12 months.

Apart from the Annual Pro money-back guarantee above, payments are non-refundable. Because you keep access to your paid plan for the full period you have already paid for, we do not provide refunds (full or partial) for the current or past billing cycles, including unused time after a cancellation.

In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a verified billing error on our part, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse the erroneous charge to your original payment method (typically within 5 to 7 business days of confirmation).

If a renewal payment fails, your Pro continues for 7 days while you update your payment from the Billing page. If it isn't resolved by then, your account moves to the Free plan; your saved data stays.

A first-month promo code discounts your first month only. After that, Monthly Pro renews at the regular price of ₹999 a month until you cancel.
