About this data

Mutual funds are the biggest domestic institutional investors in India. Each month every fund publishes what it holds. This page compares one month with the one before to show which stocks funds added to and which they cut.

Full month-by-month comparisons exist only for fund houses whose complete portfolios we have loaded. For every other fund house we hold only a snapshot of each scheme's top 10 holdings, which cannot show monthly changes. Totals are therefore not total mutual fund ownership. The quarterly shareholding pattern on each stock page has the industry-wide figure.
