DocStoX provides equity market research, data, screening, and AI-assisted analysis tools for Indian listed securities. Content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Please consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before investing.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• The paid plan is Pro, billed via Razorpay either monthly or annually.
• Monthly Pro renews automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancelling stops future charges and Pro continues to the end of the month you have paid for.
• Monthly Pro has no free trial: it is charged when you start and then every month until cancelled. Monthly trials started before 29 September 2026 are honoured on their original terms.
• Annual Pro is a one-time payment for 12 months. It does not renew automatically; we send reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before it ends.
• Annual Pro carries a 7-day money-back guarantee: within 7 days of the payment date you can claim a full refund from the Billing page. It can be used once per account, and Annual Pro ends when the refund is made.
• If a renewal payment fails, your Pro continues for 7 days while you update your payment from the Billing page. If it isn't resolved by then, your account moves to the Free plan; your saved data stays.
• A first-month promo code discounts the first month only; the plan then renews at the regular price.
• Prices are shown on our Pricing page in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Apart from the Annual Pro money-back guarantee, payments are non-refundable except for duplicate charges and verified billing errors.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping at scale, reselling data, reverse engineering, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Market data may be delayed and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocStoX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of India.
