You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed on a recurring basis via Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are shown on our Pricing page in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
• Payments are non-refundable except for verified billing errors.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping at scale, reselling data, reverse engineering, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Market data may be delayed and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocStoX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of India.
