Results Calendar

Dates come from the board-meeting notices companies file with NSE and BSE. A board meeting to consider quarterly results is the usual way a company sets its results day, and the date can be revised after it is filed, so this page shows the latest schedule we hold. Companies are listed by market value, the total price of all their shares, taken from the exchange data we hold. Large means ₹50,000 Cr or more; notable means a Nifty 500 member or a company above ₹5,000 Cr.

For a company that has reported, revenue and profit are compared with the same quarter a year earlier, from the figures we hold for both quarters. When either quarter was a loss, a percentage would mislead, so the row says in words whether the company moved into profit, into loss, or narrowed or widened its loss. Stock move is the change in the closing price on the announcement day against the day before, and on the next trading day against the announcement day. Many companies report after the market closes, so the reaction often shows up in the second number. These are price facts and do not say why a stock moved.

Analyst estimates are not shown. We do not keep a record of what analysts expected before each result, so we cannot say whether a result beat or missed expectations without guessing.
