Dhoot Transmission has set the price band for its ₹3,067-crore IPO at ₹829–871 per share. The public issue will be open for subscription from August 10 to 12, with Axis Capital, Jefferies India, Kotak Mahindra Capital, Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities, SBI Capital Markets, and 360 ONE WAM serving as the book-running lead managers.
