Foreign investors sold ₹4,880 crore of Indian equities while domestic institutions bought ₹4,432 crore. Domestic flows offset only part of the foreign side.

That moderates the previous session's net selling of ₹7,455 crore.

Over five sessions foreign investors are net sellers of ₹18,515 crore, and over thirty sellers of ₹69,377 crore.

Year to date, foreign institutional flows stand at a net outflow of ₹1.41 lakh crore.
