Foreign investors sold ₹5,981 crore of Indian equities while domestic institutions bought ₹8,248 crore. Domestic flows more than offset the foreign side.
That extends the previous session's net selling of ₹4,189 crore.
Over five sessions foreign investors are net sellers of ₹16,250 crore, and over thirty sellers of ₹85,092 crore.
Year to date, foreign institutional flows stand at a net outflow of ₹1.75 lakh crore.
