Foreign investors sold ₹8,331 crore of Indian equities while domestic institutions bought ₹7,172 crore. Domestic flows offset only part of the foreign side.
That moderates the previous session's net selling of ₹11,163 crore.
Over five sessions foreign investors are net sellers of ₹21,135 crore, and over thirty sellers of ₹1.02 lakh crore.
Year to date, foreign institutional flows stand at a net outflow of ₹1.99 lakh crore.
