Foreign investors sold ₹8,692 crore of Indian equities while domestic institutions bought ₹7,980 crore. Domestic flows offset only part of the foreign side.
That moderates the previous session's net selling of ₹9,931 crore.
Over five sessions foreign investors are net sellers of ₹41,867 crore, and over thirty sellers of ₹1.22 lakh crore.
Year to date, foreign institutional flows stand at a net outflow of ₹2.18 lakh crore.
