Foreign investors sold ₹5,556 crore of Indian equities while domestic institutions bought ₹5,165 crore. Domestic flows offset only part of the foreign side.

That moderates the previous session's net selling of ₹8,776 crore.

Over five sessions foreign investors are net sellers of ₹32,758 crore, and over thirty sellers of ₹1.10 lakh crore.

Year to date, foreign institutional flows stand at a net outflow of ₹3.09 lakh crore.
