Foreign investors sold ₹5,353 crore of Indian equities while domestic institutions bought ₹5,189 crore. Domestic flows offset only part of the foreign side.
That extends the previous session's net selling of ₹3,694 crore.
Over five sessions foreign investors are net sellers of ₹16,267 crore, and over thirty sellers of ₹35,532 crore.
Year to date, foreign institutional flows stand at a net outflow of ₹3.58 lakh crore.
