Foreign investors sold ₹2,961 crore of Indian equities while domestic institutions bought ₹5,089 crore. Domestic flows more than offset the foreign side.

That moderates the previous session's net selling of ₹4,699 crore.

Over five sessions foreign investors are net sellers of ₹37,273 crore, and over thirty sellers of ₹71,204 crore.

Year to date, foreign institutional flows stand at a net outflow of ₹3.96 lakh crore.
