Risks the company discloses

  • We derive a significant portion of our revenue from operations from our top 10 customers (27.15%, 30.63%, and 35.44% in Fiscals 2026, 2025, and 2024, respectively) and repeat orders (87.89%, 87.37%, and 91.61% in Fiscals 2026, 2025, and 2024, respectively). Any loss of key customers, reduction in purchase volumes, or non-placement of repeat orders could adversely affect our business, results of operations, and financial condition.(Customer Concentration)

  • We have significant dependence on our top suppliers for the supply of our principal raw materials, being Polypropylene (PP) Granules, Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Granules, master batch and packing material. Our top five and top ten suppliers accounted for 60.59% and 73.59%, 57.40% and 71.09%, and 76.68% and 86.63% of our total purchases in Fiscals 2026, 2025, and 2024, respectively.(Supplier Concentration)

  • We have not entered into any long-term contracts with our customers or suppliers. Consequently, the discontinuation or non-renewal of such arrangements, or any deterioration in the financial condition or business outlook of these customers or suppliers, could reduce their demand for our products or our ability to procure raw materials and adversely affect our business, financial condition, results of operations, and cash flows.(Contractual Arrangements)

  • The cost of materials consumed represented 58.59%, 64.08%, and 62.75% of our revenue from operations in Fiscals 2026, 2025, and 2024, respectively, reflecting the significant proportion of our cost base attributable to raw material procurement.(Raw Material Cost)

  • Our manufacturing operations are primarily dependent on two key raw materials: PP granules and PET granules, which are petrochemical derivatives. Failure by our suppliers to meet their obligations could adversely affect our business, results of operations, financial condition and cash flows.(Raw Material Dependence)

  • Our suppliers are not contractually obligated to supply raw materials to us and may, at their discretion, redirect their products to our competitors or other customers.(Supplier Reliability)

  • We typically do not enter into long-term contracts with our customers, and business arrangements are generally based on purchase orders. Any failure to meet customer requirements, changes in their procurement policies, inventory cycles, demand patterns, or pricing preferences may result in reduced orders, delays, or cessation of business.(Customer Relationships)

  • Any loss of business from our key customers, or a significant reduction in their orders or non-placement of repeat orders, could arise due to a variety of reasons, including our inability to meet product specifications, dimensional requirements, or quality standards; changes in packaging product preferences or material specifications adopted by customers; commercial disputes; adverse changes in their business or financial condition; mergers or acquisitions affecting their procurement strategies; a decline in consumer demand or production volumes in the end-use industries served by our customers; reduced or delayed customer requirements; labour strikes or other disruptions in their manufacturing or distribution operations; changes in government policies affecting such industries; and continued pricing pressures or shifts in sourcing strategies.(Customer Relationships)
