Risks the company discloses

  • The Company derives 97.90%, 98.20% and 98.19% of its revenue from operations from renting furniture and appliances (along with other recurring subscription revenue) for Fiscal 2026, Fiscal 2025 and Fiscal 2024, respectively. Consequently, any decline in the demand for renting such products may adversely affect the business, results of operations, financial condition and cash flows.(Revenue Concentration)

  • The Company depends on a large network of vendors to offer high quality products for rental, procuring such products through a combination of purchase orders and long-term agreements. The top five asset suppliers contributed 12.18%, 13.70% and 15.21% of total capital and operational expenses for Fiscal 2026, Fiscal 2025 and Fiscal 2024, respectively. Discontinuation in supply, failure to adhere to delivery schedules, or quality issues by these vendors could adversely affect the business and results of operations.(Supply Chain)

  • The Company engages third-party contract manufacturers for the manufacture of furniture and appliances, such as private label refrigerators and washing machines manufactured in partnership with Dixon Technologies (India) Limited. These third-parties may choose not to manufacture products and spare parts on commercially acceptable terms in the future, or at all, which could adversely affect the business and operations.(Third-Party Dependencies)

  • The Company relies on a limited number of suppliers for third-party contract manufacturers. In the event of an inability to find a suitable replacement of such manufacturers who will manufacture products according to requirements and commercial terms, the Company may not be able to supply branded products to subscribers.(Third-Party Dependencies)

  • The success of the business is dependent on factors impacting consumer spending such as general economic conditions, levels of employment, disposable consumer income, inflationary trends, government policies and consumer confidence. Unfavourable general economic conditions could cause existing and potential subscribers to forgo renting products, resulting in lower product rental renewal rates, fewer new rental agreements, increases in product returns, and decreases in collections.(Macroeconomic)

  • The growth of the business is dependent on the ability to continue growing the number of subscribers utilizing the rental platform and providing high levels of customer experience. If the Company is unable to retain existing subscribers and attract new subscribers, the business, results of operations, financial condition and cash flows may be adversely affected.(Customer Acquisition)

  • The Company's margins could be impacted by higher supply or operating costs or increasing cost of raw materials faced by vendors and third-party manufacturers, which may be passed on to the Company.(Cost Pressures)

  • The Company's ability to supply products to subscribers could be impacted if vendors or third-party suppliers cease operations, experience interruptions due to factors such as work stoppages, production disruptions, product quality issues, non-compliance with regulatory requirements, outbreak of diseases or pandemics, adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.(Operational Risks)
