Risks the company discloses
Our business operations are conducted on premises leased from third parties. We cannot assure you that we will be able to continue operating out of these premises or renew the leases on favourable terms, or at all. Certain agreements in relation to the lease properties are not adequately stamped as per the relevant state stamp duty requirements.(Operational)
Our total debt-to-equity ratio is considerably higher than that of our listed industry peers, which may place us at a competitive disadvantage and expose us to greater financial risk. A significant portion of our cash flow is dedicated to servicing our debt obligations, which reduces the availability of funds for working capital, capital expenditures, acquisitions, and other general corporate purposes.(Financial)
Revenue from our top ten customers comprise a significant portion of our revenue from operations i.e. 72.30% for Fiscal 2026, 84.10% for the Fiscal 2025, and 82.76% for the Fiscal 2024. Any failure to maintain our relationship with these customers, any adverse changes affecting their financial condition or the loss of any of our customers will have an adverse effect on our business, results of operations, financial condition and cash flows.(Customer Concentration)
Our inability to collect receivables outstanding and due to be paid by our customers, in a timely manner, or at all, may adversely affect our business, financial condition, results of operations and cash flows. We require significant working capital requirements in our business operations and such delays in the collection of receivables or inadequate recovery on our claims could adversely affect our business, cash flows, financial condition and results of operations.(Credit Risk)
We have certain contingent liabilities which have been disclosed in our Restated Consolidated Financial Information, which if they materialize, may adversely affect our results of operations, cash flows and financial condition. The total contingent liabilities as a percentage of Net Worth is 14.63% as of March 31, 2026.(Financial)
Our higher leverage compared to our competitors can have several adverse consequences. Our financing agreements contain various financial and other covenants. Our elevated debt levels increase the risk of breaching these covenants, which could lead to defaults, acceleration of repayments, and enforcement of security by our lenders.(Financial)
A highly leveraged capital structure makes us more vulnerable to economic downturns and fluctuations in interest rates. An increase in interest rates would raise our cost of borrowing, and a decline in revenue could more severely impact our ability to meet our debt obligations compared to our peers.(Financial)
We derive a significant portion of our revenue from operations from our top ten customers which are primarily state and central government departments and thus we are majorly dependent on government projects.(Customer Concentration)
How this document reads, dimension by dimension
Each bar is a fixed formula applied to the figures shown above, scored 0–100. This is a reading of what the company disclosed — not a recommendation to apply or avoid, not a price target, and not a prediction of listing performance. Dimensions that could not be extracted are excluded rather than assumed, so coverage varies between documents.
