Demand and your odds
How the book filled, and what that means for an application
Retail is 1.36× subscribed. Allotment is a lottery on a single lot, so roughly 1 in 1.4 applications gets one lot. Bidding for extra lots does not improve these odds.
HNI is 1.05× subscribed. This category is allotted proportionately, so a bid receives roughly 1/1.1 of the shares applied for, subject to the minimum-lot draw.
Derived from SEBI's allotment mechanics and the subscription figures beside it. Retail allotment is a lottery on a single lot, so applying for more lots does not improve your chance of getting something.

Past issues are context, not a forecast — this issue is a different company at a different price. We show it because "how have issues like this one actually opened" is a question with a real answer, and grey-market premium is not that answer.

The company manufactures garments for men, women and children, with a significant portion of its production focused on childrenswear. Its product range includes t-shirts, joggers, vests, leggings, shorts and infant wear, among other garments. The company develops samples based on buyer-provided themes and mood boards as well as through its in-house design initiatives. Once approved, the samples are taken up for production and supplied to large-format retailers and wholesalers in the local market. Its manufacturing activities are primarily carried out at its production facility in Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. The company procures yarn, which is sent to external job workers for knitting and dyeing, while subsequent processes, including cutting, printing, stitching and finishing, are conducted in-house. The company also uses automated printing, sequencing and cutting machinery in its production operations.

Common questions
How many times is the Fascinate Textiles IPO subscribed?
Fascinate Textiles is subscribed 8.38× overall (QIB 22.74×, NII 1.05×, retail 1.36×). Subscription keeps changing until the issue closes; the final basis of allotment is published by the registrar, CAMEO.
What is the minimum investment in the Fascinate Textiles IPO?
One lot is 800 shares, so a retail application at the ₹151 cut-off price blocks ₹1,20,800. Retail applications are capped at ₹2,00,000; above that you bid in the HNI category, where allotment is proportionate rather than by lottery.
What are the chances of allotment in the Fascinate Textiles IPO?
The retail portion is subscribed 1.36×, so allotment is by lottery and the odds of receiving at least one lot are roughly 1 in 1. Applying for more lots does not improve the chance of getting something — every retail applicant competes for the same single minimum lot.
When is the Fascinate Textiles IPO allotment date?
Allotment is scheduled for 2026-08-20, with listing on 2026-08-24. These dates are the issuer's tentative timetable — a date passing is not confirmation that the step completed. Allotment status is published by the registrar, CAMEO.
