ARCIL IPO: Goldman Sachs, BofA among investors in Rs 220 crore anchor round
Asset Reconstruction Company India has raised Rs 220 crore from anchor investors ahead of its IPO, which opens on September 9. The company allotted 1.58 crore shares to 21 investors at Rs 139 each. Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities, mutual funds, insurers and foreign investors participated in the anchor allocation.
