India and Australia are looking to accelerate negotiations on their Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement, with Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal and Australian Trade Minister Don Farrell discussing cooperation in pharmaceuticals, services, investment, agri-tech and critical minerals. The two sides also reviewed implementation of their existing ECTA and are working towards a bilateral investment treaty.
