Kheria Autocomp and SpectraA Technology Solutions SME IPOs open today: Check GMP and key details
Two SME‑listed companies, Kheria Autocomp and SpectraA Technology Solutions, have opened their initial public offerings on the NSE. Investors can subscribe from September 17 until September 21, with Kheria slated to list on September 24.
Kheria’s issue totals roughly Rs 46.4 crore and consists entirely of a fresh issue of about 4.6 million shares. Its price band suggests a listing premium of around 10 percent. SpectraA, by contrast, is priced with a much higher gross market premium of Rs 50 per share, pointing to an upside of more than 40 percent if the shares list at that level.
Retail investors should keep an eye on the subscription deadline, the allocation process and the actual listing prices. The performance of these two IPOs could also give a clue about demand in the broader SME segment and may influence upcoming small‑cap offerings.
