You can take your own data out of DocStoX at any time, on any plan, including after you have cancelled Pro.
Export your data
- Portfolio holdings: from Portfolio, export your holdings as a CSV file with quantity, average cost, current price and profit and loss.
- Transactions: export your full transaction ledger as a CSV file, covering every trade you have recorded, not only what is currently shown on screen.
- Capital gains: export a capital-gains report as a CSV file, split by the pre- and post-23 July 2024 tax rate change. This report is an estimate for your own reference, not tax advice; the file carries the same note the on-screen report does.
- Research notebook: from Notebook, export your saved notes as Markdown.
Delete your account
DocStoX does not currently have a self-serve "delete my account" button. To have your account deleted, email [email protected] (opens in a new tab) from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. Deleting your account removes your personal data; DocStoX keeps what it must for legal or accounting reasons (such as billing records), and for as long as needed to comply with those obligations, per the privacy policy.
