Email or the contact form#

Reach DocStoX by emailing [email protected] (opens in a new tab), or by using the form at /contact with your name, email, a subject and your message. DocStoX typically responds within 1 to 2 business days at the email address you provide.

To help resolve your question quickly, include:

• The page URL you were on, or the stock symbol involved.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if the problem is visual.
• The email address on your account, if the question is about your account, plan or billing.

Reporting a wrong number or figure#

For a data error, such as a wrong ratio, price or filing detail, use the Corrections page or email [email protected] (opens in a new tab) instead of the general contact form. Include the page URL or stock symbol, the figure you believe is wrong, and, if you have it, the correct value and where it comes from.
