This page is a plain-language summary. The binding terms are the Cancellation & Refunds Policy; if the two ever disagree, that page wins.

Cancel Monthly Pro

Open Billing and cancel from there. Once you cancel:

  • You are not charged again.
  • Pro continues until the end of the month you already paid for, not cut off immediately.
  • At the end of that period, your account moves to the Free plan on its own. Your data is kept.

There is no minimum term and no contract to break.

Annual Pro's 7-day money-back guarantee

Annual Pro is a single payment for 12 months of Pro. Within 7 days of paying, open Billing and select Get a full refund. DocStoX refunds the full amount to your original payment method, no questions asked, and your Annual Pro ends as soon as the refund is made. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 7 business days.

The guarantee can be used once per account. A later annual purchase is not covered by it.

What is not refundable

Outside the Annual money-back window above, payments are non-refundable. Because you keep access for the period you already paid for, DocStoX does not refund unused time, including after you cancel a monthly plan.

If you were charged twice by mistake, or a payment failed on your end but DocStoX still shows a charge, contact support and it will be investigated.

If a renewal payment fails

Pro keeps working for 7 days while you fix your payment method from Billing. If it is not resolved in that time, your account moves to Free; your data stays.
