The CALLER's own real DocStoX watchlist (their default watchlist's actual stored symbols): NOT a quote lookup for arbitrary symbols. No params needed; the caller is identified from their API key / OAuth sign-in.
watchlist_idoptional- Specific watchlist id. Omit for the default one.
